This plan gives our visitors the complete picture of Llano culture. Every day in the finca is a new adventure.

This plan involves:

Day One

  • Arrival at the Finca El Paraíso: 3pm.
  • Welcome tour. Guided tour through the traditional Llano home. We’ll sing traditional Llano songs, learn Llano poetry. Everyone will get a taste of what it’s like to be a Llanero.
  • Campfire. Spend the night beside a welcoming campfire. With a traditional ‘canelazo’ drink in hand, hear stories from the Llano. For an additional price, hear typical Llano music

Day Two

  • Birding tour. In summer, our wildlife trails even include an egret roost.
  • Every Llanero knows how to ride and saddle a horse. While horse-riding, you’ll round up the cattle as you sing traditional Llano songs. You’ll pass through the savannah and our ponds, stopping in the woods for a light snack.
  • Traditional Canoe Tour. Enjoy a tour of our calm, slow-moving river. Here you’ll see some of the most characteristic wildlife of our region. At the end of the tour, you’ll arrive back at our cattle corral.

Day Three

  • Milking. This section of the tour includes traditional Llano poetry and songs, lassoing of cattle and bottle-feeding calves. You’ll also enjoy a glass of fresh milk.
  • Lassoing. Enter the corral with our calves and practice your rope-throwing.

INCLUDES:

  • Entrance to finca
  • A guided tour of the finca
  • Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, pool table, ping-pong, mini tejo, beach volleyball, boules, sandpit and board games (chess, Parqués, dominoes, playing cards).
  • Snack (food and drink).
  • Two breakfasts (traditional breakfasts are optional)
  • Two lunches
  • Two dinners
  • Souvenir
  • Insurance policy (valid on finca grounds)
  • All previously mentioned activities

Children below the age of nine pay half-price (not including horse-riding).
To include horse-riding as part of your child’s tour, an additional charge of 15,000 Colombian pesos applies

NO INCLUDES:

- Additional expenses
- Transport to and from the finca

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • 50% of the tour price will be paid in advance; the remaining 50% will be paid on the day of the tour.
  • As the Llano can be hot, please bring light, long-sleeved clothing. You will also need adequate footwear, suntan lotion and insect repellent.
  • Please follow all of the instructions of our guides.
